    To guarantee the booking  a non-refundable deposit of £50.00 is required within 30 days
    of receiving the booking form that we will have sent to you unless stated & agreed by us.           
                                                                                                                                               
    The remaining balance will be payable in cash in full on the night of the disco.50%
    of the remaining balance will be charged if cancelled within 14 days of the booking.

    The full remaining balance will be charged if cancelled within 7 days of the booking. An admin fee of £10
     will be payable if you wish to change the date of the disco. Please note this may not always be possible.

     We will require at least one 13-amp mains socket close to where the disco will be positioned.
     In addition we need a space of at least 3 metres wide by 2 metres deep to position both our rig & speakers on.
                                               
     Set up time is up to 60 minutes & we will also need up to 60 minutes

     To de-rig at the end of the night.

  1. Where Applicable a non-refundable deposit of £50 must be paid to secure a booking.                                                                             
  2. Where Applicable A booking is not considered final until we receive the cleared funds.
  3. Any cancellation will result in the loss of the booking fee
......or where applicable will require 50% of given quotation.                                                                                                    

  4. Cancellations within 7 days of the event will require payment in full, within 7 days.
  5. All outstanding amounts are payable in cash on the day of the function.
  6. In the extremely unlikely event of the disco having to cancel, any amounts paid to us by the
      client shall be refunded in full we will also help to try & find a replacement dj or disco for you.
  7. in the unlikely event that our equipment should totally fail (excluding circumstances beyond
      our control i.e. a power cut) a pro rata refund will be given for the time remaining.
  8. We require access to the function room at least 60 minute

      Prior to the start time & 30-45 minutes to pack up and vacate the venue.                                                      
  9. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure the venue is equipped

      With at least 1 working standard double socket. (2 is preferred)
10. We reserve the right to cancel our services should we discover that
      the Venue is unsuitable or dangerous. In these circumstances, no refund will be made."                                            
11. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure the good conduct of their guests. If at any time
      before or during the event, we deem our persons or property to be under threat we reserve the right to
      terminate our services without further notice In these circumstances, no refund will be made."                  
12. The client is responsible for any malicious damage or theft of equipment caused by guests.                       
13. The client will be responsible for pursuing the matter with the individual/s involved.                                     
14. The person named as the client on the confirmation

      is responsible for all payments due.                                                                
15. The client will provide sufficient adult supervision of the children attending the event.
16. The supervising adult will provide the DJ with assistance in the                                                    

      Organization of the children during any games played at the event.                                                                              
17. The supervising adults will ensure that the children do not interfere with the disco equipment
